We are almost sold out at Aspyre with only 1 and 2 bedroom apartments remaining in Wharf Road & Navigation Court, please note that all other properties have been sold and are now occupied and we are unable to provide any information on previously sold and occupied properties.
The purchaser is required to pay the government stamp duty charge (if applicable) and all other solicitor related costs involved in purchasing a property, which are relevant to the individual purchaser's circumstances.
