Viewings are by appointment. If you are buying with the use of a mortgage, please feel free to make use of Taylor Wimpeys pre-qualification service. Taylor Wimpey are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and therefore may not have the opportunity to arrange for you to book an appointment immediately.

In order to arrange a viewing please let us know the plot design you are interested in and whether you are a first-time buyer, second time buyer not dependant on sale of current property, second time buyer dependant on sale of current property, investment purchaser or alternatively provide details of any "other" buying status, to allow us to further assist.

We are almost sold out at Aspyre with only 1 and 2 bedroom apartments remaining in Wharf Road & Navigation Court, please note that all other properties have been sold and are now occupied and we are unable to provide any information on previously sold and occupied properties.
