Woolacombe is extremely popular throughout the UK primarily due to superb beaches and coastal scenery. The property is also located adjacent to the 'Tarka Trail' which is a public cycle route connecting to neighbouring towns and villages throughout the region. The local amenities include a variety small independent shops, bars restaurants and public houses serving food to suit all pockets, including the immediately adjacent Fortescue Arms public house, a health centre, chemist, and other leisure facilities. The neighbouring town of Ilfracombe is just 3 miles away with Croyde and Saunton just along the coast and Barnstaple, North Devon’s main trading centre, being just 10 miles away.

At Mullacott Cross roundabout take the right hand exit sign post Woolacombe & Mortehoe and follow along this road for approximately 2 miles. Follow the road around the sweeping 'S' bend at Turnpike Cross and then turn right into the car park of the Fortescue Arms Public House. The entrance to Fortescue Bungalows will be found in the bottom right hand corner of the car park and number 2 is the second property along on the left.
