Additional Information:
Energy
The property is Eco-friendly and is designed to save the owner/occupier money year on year through
lower energy/utility bills and by harvesting electricity that can be sold back to the National Grid.
Installed;
Solar Panels – 10 x 455 watt Panels with 5kw Hybrid Inverter – situated on the roof of the property
Batteries – Solax 5.8 kwh* – situated in the loft of the property. When batteries in the loft are fully charged the excess power generated by the Solar Panels can be sold back to the National Grid; through the electricity supplier. Tracking of how much energy/electricity being produced and where it is being used is done be using an App on your phone. The App can be installed when moved in and connected to the Wi-Fi as the entire system sends all the information via the Wi-Fi network.
*Please note – Unlike some battery systems, where you have to change all the existing batteries to increase your power storage, these batteries can be upgraded overtime to store more power by way of adding batteries that can be connected together.
Heating and Hot Water
Installed;
Air Source Heat Pump – Firebird Hitachi R32
Pump is situated outside and the unit is situated in the utility room of the property
The Heating and Hot Water is fully electric via an Air Source Heat Pump. This is a new and very efficient way to heat the home and Hot Water by extracting the heat from outside; even on a cold day there is still heat from the air. The heat is absorbed via a gas turning into a hot liquid, this then passes through a heat exchanger, which transfers the heat into the water that is pumped around your house. This also heats the hot water within the Envirocyl Quick Pump Unit that has a cylinder to store the hot water and all the controls for the central heating. All these elements of the heating and hot water system is compacted into a stylish unit so there are no unsightly pipes or hot water cylinders to look at.
It is understood this is the newest technology available and being a Firebird Hitachi Heat Pump; one of the most efficient systems on today’s market and the units are very quiet too. Again, this means that this house’s running cost across the whole year would be dramatically reduced, with the potential to sell back electricity through the summer months. Therefore, the selling of the excess electricity could offset the amount of electricity used throughout the winter months.

The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
