They have put so much creativity, time and expense into their home including remodelling their garden space. Gone has the passage way that once led to a gate within their garden – now the gated entrance is right on the boundary and what a difference it has made! As of 5 months ago there is now new flagging and decking with type 1 MOT sub base underneath for stability.
The accommodation starts with a double brick single storey entrance hall that features some welcome storage in the roof space above. The Cloakroom/WC is located off here and a new timber shelf and circular bowl has just been added. The tiled surround is also brand new and was the right choice.
The living room is a good sized dual aspect room which means there is always an abundance of natural light throughout the daytime. The dining area looks into the Cul de Sac part of the development while glazed French doors open out and onto your garden. But what also makes the downstairs something special is the entrance to the kitchen, so now you have a greater sense of space but without thee being too much being in the one room. This arrangement helps with even more natural light! It is worth mentioning the storage under the stairs which is useful if needed, otherwise you might open it up to create a greater sense of space with a recess for a TV or for display furniture.
The kitchen also enjoys a pleasant outlook into the development and it is worth saying that some of the units are in a natural and refreshing green. They installed a brand new integrated full sized dish washer in early November.
With the exception of the lounge and kitchen, the ceilings had artex - so that was removed and those ceilings re plastered. All the walls were rubbed down and made good before painting, high quality timber effect laminate flooring was added in the living room, while the stairs, landing and both bedrooms were given new underlay and carpet. Venetian blinds were added to some of the windows. The sellers added timber panelling to both bedrooms and what a difference that has made. The bedrooms have been given a new lease of life and are now something special and somewhere you will want to be. The smaller of the two currently serves particularly well as a home office. A lot has been done throughout and the property looks fantastic!
It is worth mentioning that the landing features it's own wardrobe with hanging space while the master bedroom and bedroom two offer double wardrobes with the master enjoying additional over stairs storage. The master bedroom offers some of the best Countryside views we have seen to date while bedroom two enjoys a pleasing elevated perspective over the development.
The bathroom suite comprises of a deep panelled bath with a chrome thermostatic shower that was very recently replaced. A basin with chrome mixer tap and WC with water saving options makes up the suite.
This lovely home really does have so much to offer through a combination of layout, presentation and quality. It is an all round winner and one we feel will be hard to beat. You really have to go and see for yourself and if you do, we think you you will offer!

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 5, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 5, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on February 2, 2021 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
