Why the owner loves the property:
This house has been our family home in Whitchurch since it was built in the early 1960's. Growing up our secluded garden was a place to play and where we could find both our parents enjoying their free time, Dad in his huge workshop tinkering or pottering in the large vegetable patches where we would benefit from all his hard work as we picked the ripe fruit, even figs, off the many trees and helping dig carrots, onions and potatoes with Mum busy tending the borders with fragrant flowers that filled our summer holidays away from our infant school which stands at the end of our road. In the winter the energy efficient fire filled the spacious house with warm air and the smells from the kitchen told of homecooked food ready for the table. Although as children we shared a bedroom there is a full staircase that leads to the attic which we wished was fully converted to another bedroom before we left home. If ill the doctors surgery is just around the corner, opposite the bus stop from where we travelled into Aylesbury for schooling and shopping trips. All told the inside space was a wonderful place to host large family Christmas parties and the huge garden was perfect for summer BBQ's with the option of long walks from the adjacent recreation ground an added bonus.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
