Dinas Cross being close by is within 1 ? miles or so and has the benefit of a Village/Community Hall, a Petrol Filling Station/Post Office/Store, 2 Public Houses, a Fish & Chip Shop Take-Away, an Art Gallery/Tea Room, Village/Community Hall, a Blacksmiths and a Licensed Restaurant at Pwllgwaelod.

The Land is situated on the hillside overlooking Newport Bay and is in the main down to permanent pasture and being either level lying or mainly gently sloping with a northerly or westerly aspects. Directions - From Fishguard, take the Main A487 road east for some 4 ? miles passing through the village of Dinas Cross and continue on this road in the direction of Newport for three quarters of a mile or so and the turning to Trecadifor is situated on the right hand side of the road, adjacent to the Harvard Stables sign. Continue on this road over a hardsurfaced track for a third of a mile and upon reaching the first property Trewriddig Fach, bear left opposite the house. Continue on this road for a quarter of a mile or so until you reach the farm gate post entrance leading to Trecadifor (point 'A' on the Plan). The Land concerned is situated on the western (right hand) side of the access lane leading to Trecadifor Farm and 100 yards or so beyond the gate posts, there is a field gate access to the Land at or around point 'X' on the Plan.

Alternatively from Cardigan, take the Main A487 Road south west for some 11 miles passing through the town of Newport. Continue on this road for a mile and a half or so and upon reaching the Harvard Stables sign (opposite the turning to Aberfforest and Fforest Farm) turn left towards Trecadifor. Follow directions as above. Trecadifor Farm is Grid Ref Number 028 378.
