Property description & features

"We've loved living on St Dunstan's Road. The house is in a great spot, so you're not overlooked at the front or back, and the huge garden gets sun all day, right up until sunset. You can sit at the top or bottom of the garden and it's totally private. We were sceptical about moving further away from North Street, but it's actually a really short walk. We're also really close to Parson Street and Bedminster station, as well as Malago Green Space which is great for dog walks. Moving from a terrace, it's so nice to have so much outside space, as well as a garage and shed. We're really sad to be leaving!"

St Dunstans Road is a beautifully quiet street at the foot of Windmill Hill and just to the south of North Street. Towards Windmill Hill, the area is renowned for the fantastic views it offers from many vantage points over Bristol and towards the countryside to the south and west. The area has become one of the most sought after in Bristol over recent years, popular with many for its picturesque streets of charming period homes and the character they offer within. The Rising Sun is the local pub, which offers fantastic food and a welcoming atmosphere. Towards Bedminster, there is the vibrant North Street, housing a diversity of independents, such as the Albatross Cafe, the highly regarded Kask, as well as Oowee Diner. On from this, the Tobacco factory, a cultural hub of South Bristol, is just a 20 minute walk away with a great line-up of shows. Just a small walk away from North Street, you will find yourself at Wapping Wharf, with amazing eateries including Wild Beer Co., Root and Seven Lucky Gods. Towards the east of the home, you come across the vast Victoria Park, which is a hive of activity for families, joggers and those looking to socialise. For commuters and young professionals, the house is also well-located, within walking distance of the City Centre and Temple Meads Station and major employers around the Harbourside and Temple Quay. The area also has some well-regarded shops, cafes and pubs, such as The Victoria Park and Park Bakery, with the popular shops and cafes of Totterdown just a short walk away.

A vibrant and tasteful 3 bedroom semi-detached home on St Dunstans Road in Bedminster with off street parking and a garage. You enter the property via a porch and welcomed by a spacious entrance hallway with stripped floorboards continuing throughout the ground floor. The ground floor accommodates a spacious living room with bay window, log burner and an opening to the dining room with bi-folding doors to the garden. The dining room has a built-in breakfast bar the kitchen to create a perfect hosting/entertaining room. The stylish kitchen includes oak worktops, integrated appliances and a large window overlooking the garden. As you continue through to the rear of the property, there is a utility area and WC and a door to the garden. Outside, the south west facing garden is perfect for keen gardeners including various areas for growing your own vegetables and private seating space for summer evenings with friends. There are two large sheds for storage and access to the garage from here. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, the master to the front with a bay window and a spacious double facing over the garden. The third bedroom is adequate size for a guest room, study or nursery and the bathroom includes a contemporary tiled suite.
