I love this house and I'm only reluctantly selling thanks to a career move. It's got such a unique look compared to any other house on the market (I believe it was originally a solicitor's office) and it's so cozy - snug in the winter, light and airy in the summer.

The main kitchen/diner living space feels spacious and is great for both entertaining and quiet nights in on the sofa. And with the kitchen so close to the sofa, popcorn is always easily accessible!

Having two bathrooms is also great if you have a partner who likes to wallow in the tub like I do, and an unusual feature at this price range.

Having generous off road parking is a massive bonus, and having space for multiple cars is handy for when friends and family come to stay.

You also have Ikea and Croydon on your doorstep for all your shopping needs, and Crystal Palace for all your cultural needs.

The train station is only a 6 minute walk, and from there you can get fast trains to London Bridge, Victoria and Croydon stations, making this a great pick for commuters who work in Central London.
