What attracted me in the first place was how bright and well proportioned the flat is . With that said it’s really warm and cosy in the winter months too . It has great amenities with local shops and amazing takeaways . Woodside green is right opposite and is quite lovely at anytime of the year . Blackhorse lane and Woodside tram stops are super close . The bus stop directly outside takes me 5 mins to Norwood junction mainline station , with trains into London Bridge taking only 12 mins . It’s so convenient for Gatwick airport too.
