A truly stunning one-bedroom Victorian conversion, garden flat, located ideally for easy access to Norwood Junction Station and its fast links into Central London. The flat has excellent local amenities and is in easy walking distance of a number of superb parks and green spaces.

The internal accommodation comprises of a large reception room which oozes character with a huge bay window which floods the room with light. Through the hallway you come to the kitchen, which is stylish, modern, and spacious. The kitchen beams with light from the large bay, whichs opens out into your own private enclosed garden.

The master bedroom is finished in neutral tones, which highlights the natural light in the room and has plenty of in-built bespoke storage. The bedroom has just that right amount of seperation from the main living room. The current owners have refitted the bathroom into a lovely tiled modern three piece suite, that is the perfect place to relax and have a long bath after a hard day of work.

Further benfits include a long lease, lots of period features throughout the property, one minute walk from Norwood Junction Station and off street parking

Seller Comments:
We love how airy and spacious the flat feels, particularly with the bedroom being set apart from the main living area. The sun sweeps through the living room in the early morning, and then into the kitchen in time for dinner. Having a separate kitchen has been ideal as it gives two distinct living areas - very handy when we’ve both been working from home.

One of our favourite features of the flat is the garden. Both front and back gardens are little oases of green and give a lot of privacy, with a variety of plants and colours that have been chosen to flower across the seasons. The double doors make the garden feel like an extra room in the spring and summer. It’s a wonderful space to unwind in after work and I think our cat appreciates it just as much as we do! The parking space is a real bonus as it saves buying a permit, visitor permits are easy to get and are under £2 a day.

It’s been great getting to know the local area - in South Norwood we have excellent coffee shops, artisan cheese, cakes, craft beer and wine, and the triangle in Crystal Palace with all it has to offer is just a few minutes away by train.

South Norwood has incredible transport connections into town which has saved us a lot of time over the years. For the days when we need to be in central there are frequent direct trains through the City to Farringdon (for Elizabeth line) and St Pancras, as well as direct trains to Clapham Junction, Victoria, Crystal Palace, and Highbury & Islington.

Community Fibre has just launched in the area providing high speed internet at low cost with even the basic package being more than enough for multiple video calls, streaming, and gaming.

We've loved living here and hope it will give you as much enjoyment as it's given us. We're sad to leave.
