Also, there is an air source heat pump which provides the hot water and underfloor heating, with about a 70 -75% saving on conventional energy consumption. It has underfloor heating throughout the entire property.

Outside

From the public footpath and road to inside the bungalow is totally accessible, there are no steps. It is also on a main bus route, with the bus stops on both sides of the road just a couple of minutes’ walk away. There are several supermarkets, coffee shops, etc all nearby, some within a 5/10-minute walk.

The bungalow is close to the sea and there is also level access to the promenade along the beach, not far. There are lots of green spaces close by too.
