Restaurant - Front Right To the right of the entrance is a dining area with bay window and five tables for 12 covers. It has a carpeted floor, beamed ceiling and lamp lights, stone fireplace, and plastered and painted walls. A door gives access to stairs to the first floor letting rooms.

Restaurant - Front Left to the left of the entrance is a small dining/bar area with bay window and three tables for about 12 covers. The bar servery is built into a stone wall and along one side is a large stone fireplace with open fire. There is a step down to the lounge bar and main rear restaurant.

Restaurant - Main Rear The main restaurant is to the rear of the building, accessed via the lounge bar. It provides seven tables for about 30 covers. Double doors to the rear lead to the yard and customer toilets. Steps lead up to old dining room and into the kitchens.

Lounge Bar - The main lounge bar has a part vaulted, part flat, roof and carpeted floor. There is a stone fireplace with open fire in one corner and a door out to the smoking area. The main bar servery is stone built with a wooden counter and is equipped with beer pumps, optic dispensers, bottle cooler/displays and electronic tills.

Old Dining Room - Accessed through rear restaurant, with carpeted floors and stone Fireplace for about 20 covers.

Storage Area - Shelving and cupboards with cutlery and service items.

Kitchen - Front Preparation, cleaning and storage area with cabinets, metal sinks and tables and refrigerators. Lino flooring, plastered ceiling with strip lights and part tiled walls. Entrance to front of property for deliveries.

Kitchen - Rear Commercially equipped, Door to enclosed external staff area for smoking and basic storage space.

Cellar - The cellar is on the ground floor with access from an inner hallway of the pub. In addition, the cellar has an entrance door from the side of the property for deliveries.

Toilets - Two separate blocks of toilets: one block to the rear of the property in the 1970s extension and one smaller block in the original building.
