The living suite is beautiful, spacious and welcoming. To one side is your lounge where you can enjoy a pleasing outlook to two aspects with glazed French doors that open onto your decking. The fire creates a lovely warm ambience during the colder times and there is a flat screen wall mounted TV.
The other half of the living room is taken over by the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is an attractive cottage style range of units with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The cooking area has been equipped with a four ring gas cooker with oven and grill with a steel and glass extractor with down lighters over. In addition there is an integrated steel microwave oven. There is something of a woodland outlook to the left hand side which is your cooking and prep area. The breakfast bar has been extended by our seller and looks fantastic whilst being particularly useful to sit and eat or drink with your friends and family. The high level pitched and panelled ceiling with the recessed lighting and the other fixed furnishings really makes this a lovely room where you are going to be spending a lot of your time.
Where we were also impressed was with the master/main bedroom. Here you have a suite that is the full 20' wide and comprises of a minimalistic bedroom space with dressing table, a dressing room in an open plan style arrangement and an ensuite shower room featuring a chrome thermostatic shower! And all with a pitched and panelled ceiling with recessed lighting.
The second bedroom has been refitted with a double bed and there are wardrobes to both sides of the dressing table.
This just leaves the bathroom that has been fitted with a deep panelled bath with chrome thermostatic mixer tap with a hand shower attachment and glazed screen. A wash basin also with chrome mixer tap has been set on a vanity unit and a WC with water saving options makes up the three suite. We would argue that the bathroom has been particularly well designed and equipped with shelving and a towel cupboard.
This is one amazing Lodge in one amazing Park in one amazing Village.
THE PARK Have you ever thought about owning a holiday home or living in one all year round whilst maybe clearing your mortgage and saving money at the same time? This small site of 45 opened in 2021 and there are a few remaining plots where you can choose from a wider range of lodges and this amazing re-sale that has just come to market.
Northwood Caravan and Lodge Park is about a 20 minute drive from the beautiful City of Chester with its wide range of shops, restaurants and bars. The airports and the North Wales Coast are about a 45 minute drive making Kelsall an ideal base, either on a temporary or permanent basis.
More locally you will find Delamere Forest to be about 7 minutes drive while Manley Mere is about 15 where you can enjoy sailing, wind surfing or the water based obstacle park. If that doesn't appeal then there is the onsite café where you can relax, watch and enjoy. And about a 30 minute drive from the Park is the amazing Carden Park complex that includes a beautiful hotel with Country club, spa and two golf courses. One is a Jack Nicklaus championship course and is one of only five in the Country.
The Countryside starts from closer to home. There are fields that you will see to the side of the Park each and every time you leave and return home and we believe look quite fantastic in the snow! The village is a couple of minutes' walk along Dog Lane.
A few minutes further is a lovely pub/Inn called The Morris Dancer. The village Co-op that includes a post office is opposite and is open 7 days a week till 22:00. You will also find a hair and beauty salon, a vets, Pharmacist, and a butcher who also sells fresh grocery and all with good reputations.
Whilst there is no on-site bar, club house or swimming pool, the unit numbers and lower fees are much, much less so the savings soon mount up!
