The woodland is located in a rural setting yet surprisingly convenient for the town centre in Marlow, it being about 3 miles along Frieth Road. The property is situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and an area of relatively high residential values.
The market town of Marlow provides a superb high street with a wide array of retailers and restaurants. The town is set on the banks of the river Thames so is great for weekend getaways in the country - walking, cycling and other sports are well served around the immediate countryside.
