The rooms are well proportioned with a neutral decor, plus there is a spacious garden at the rear for respectful summer barbecues. Most of the bedrooms have built in wardrobes, and are carpeted for extra comfort, and being on the outskirts of the city in a quiet residential area ensures you will always get a peaceful night's sleep.
The kitchen has a modern design with white units and the appliances are freestanding, and likewise the bathroom has white tiles with a shower over the bath, and there is a second shower room, so no need for queues on busy mornings.
There are also several busses which go there too should you find yourself running late for a lecture, but this house is in a hugely popular area for students as the accommodation is spacious, and you save a fortune on travel costs.
There are several places for eating, drinking and entertainment to be found on campus, but with the busses running all night, and Falmer Station so close by, you are only ever a few minutes from town for a night out too.
