Why you’ll like it:

For Brighton university students, the location of this spacious student house couldn’t be better! It sits just minutes on foot from the new Brighton Uni developments on Lewes Road and also has excellent transport links to Sussex University campus by car, train or bus.

The house is SPACIOUS with FIVE BEDROOMS - all FULLY FURNISHED with beds, mattresses, desks and clothes storage, so you can move straight in with ease when term starts. Newly decorated with new carpets, a new first floor bathroom and full new decoration throughout it feels fresh and welcoming - like a home from home.

The decoration is also nicely neutral, so you can put your own stamp on the place with accessories and there are three doubles and two singles so get in there quick to bag the biggest rooms!

The living room has sofas so you can socialise and game with friends, yet there is plenty of space in the bedrooms should you need to take yourself off to study in peace. The garden is a lovely extension of the house - in fact it is MASSIVE - but it is for drying washing and for respectful summer gatherings only please!

The kitchen is also modern and well-equipped with appliances so you can cook up a storm with your housemates. There is one shower room on the ground floor which has modern tiling plus a full bathroom with a separate WC on the first floor - perfect for sharers.

Moulsecoomb Station is a short walk away which can take you to the Falmer campus and further on to Lewes and the eastern coast, or you can be in the city centre or on the beach in just a few minutes for entertainment. With the uni so close there will be no excuses for being late to lectures, although the bus stops right outside the house too if it’s raining.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 4, 2022

Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:

    Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2

Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 4, 2022

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on September 27, 2018 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.

Any supplementary data should not be relied upon as forming part of any property particulars and OnTheMarket cannot be held responsible for any incorrectness in this data. See here for more information.
