This extended three bedroom semi detached home is tucked away at the bottom of a quiet cul-de-sac, offering fantastic adaptable living, with two separate reception rooms, it would be ideal for first time buyers and families alike.
Downstairs offers ample space, with a comfortable living room to the front of the property, then leading through into a flexible kitchen/dining space. The kitchen itself has a free standing double oven, built in fridge and large under the stairs pantry cupboard. The home has been extended to the rear with sliding doors which run the full width of this room. It overlooks the garden which allows for lots of natural light flow in. This room is currently being used as a dining room, that easily hosts an 8 seater dining table but it is a flexible space that could also be used as a separate family room or even a dedicated playroom if desired. Off the dining room there is a door into a large single garage. This is already partially converted and was previously used as an area for a home gym. It has dual aspect windows and could easily be fully transformed into an extra reception room to really open up the rear of the house for modern family living.
The private rear garden is a good size and wraps around the side of the property. With separate lawn and patio areas, you really feel like the garden has natural separation. Perfect for summer entertaining. Located round the side of the house is a large garden shed, meaning that precious garden space isn't taken up for essential storage. Down the garden path leads onto a side gate, this leads back to the front of the property and the driveway.
The first floor offers master bedroom with double built-in wardrobes, there is a second further double bedroom also with floor to ceiling built-in cupboard space and then a single bedroom to the front. The family bathroom is fully tiled with a three piece bathroom suite.
To the front of the property, there is a large driveway with parking for at least 3 cars.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on March 14, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on March 14, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
