Property description & features

"Dartmoor Street has been our beloved home for over 18 years. The location and community have become huge parts of our lives as a couple, however the family has expanded to three adults (our teenage daughter) and we are ready to move to a location that suits us all for commuting, our friends, and our desire to move to a sleepier suburb. The hustle & bustle of Southville, and all of its eateries, bars, and shops suited us for several years. We will miss it greatly, but we're excited about a fresh start together in a new home & new part of Bristol. We hope the house is loved by a new person or family & that they love South Bristol as much as we do."

A three bedroom home on Dartmoor Street, tucked away on a private road in Southville just set back from North Street, which is home to several popular bars and eateries such as Albatros, the popular Tobacco Factory, and Yafo as well as highly regarded cafes such as Sweven and Tin Can Cafe. Crossing the river from Southville, you are within easy reach of all Bristol City Centre has to offer. For those who work in the city, the commute by foot or bike is hassle-free, whilst the journey home after an evening in the city is also a leisurely stroll rather than negotiating city centre traffic. Just over the river in Wapping Wharf is the high-end development 'The General' with Michelin-star restaurants: Casa and Paco Tapas. Beyond these is Bristol's scenic harbourside with its boat trips and water-facing bars and restaurants. With this house being minutes 25 minutes walking distance from the Temple Meads and close to roads which can take you out of the city in either direction, the location of Dartmoor Street is certainly key to its popularity.

Minimalist in design and displaying an abundance of period charm is fifteen Dartmoor Street, a Victorian home on a private road. Entrance is into a traditional hallway, with the open plan living/dining room on the right. Wooden floorboards run underfoot with crisp white décor painted on the walls. Moving through the ground floor you are greeted by the recently modernised galley kitchen and three piece bathroom suite, which provides access to the courtyard garden. Upstairs are three well-size and proportioned bedrooms, with the master room sitting at the front of the property.

    Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
    Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
