Location is great area for families short easy walk one way to sandbanks beach the other way short distance to Whitecliff park. Great for infant and middle schools again both walking distance, great neighbours who watch out for each other’s properties if away . Shops at end of the road make life easy. Property is a great size as it is but has a huge potential for development in a variety of ways.

Perfectly positioned with everything you want in easy reach. The local infant school is just a few hundred yards away and in the other direction you will find Lilliput parade with its array of shops including the award winning Mark Bennetts patisserie, Koi Noi thai restaurant, T J's fish & chip shop, tesco express.
