Fitzalan Mews is a small enclave of properties situated in Fitzalan Road, which lies just off Queen Street, just south of the river. The Co-Op convenience store, along with all the other shops in the town, is only a short stroll away and the station is also situated nearby, within easy walking distance. The garage is situated to the left of the house, being the middle one and it will house a normal car. There is also parking in front of the garage, along with a guest parking spot in the communal car park to the side of the Mews.
This is only an initial 6 month tenancy, which may then extend but unsure at this stage.
Directions: from the roundabout at the bottom of the High Street, proceed straight over into Queen Street and after a short distance, bear right into Queens Lane and then first right into Fitzalan Road. You will see the house on the left about half way along.
