  • 845 SQFT / 79 SQM
  • Two Double Bedrooms

A spectacular South facing two double bedrooms apartment, with views across the Limehouse Basin towards Canary Wharf.

This spacious seventh floor flat, covering 845 SQFT/79 SQM is located in the sought after Zenith House, on the Limehouse Basin. It has two great sized double bedrooms (one with en-suite), a large South facing balcony with views towards Canary Wharf and the Limehouse Basin, a fully fitted open plan kitchen, and a secure underground parking space. The flat has been extensively upgraded throughout by the current owners, with upgraded mood/zone lighting throughout, mutiple built in storage units and an inviting window seat with great basin views, to name just a few of the improvements.

Zenith House was built by Bellway Homes in 2005, and is located on the edge of the Limehouse Marina.
Narrow Street is also a short walk away, with its popular riverside pubs overlooking the River Thames (Bread Street Kitchen - Gordon Ramsey gastro pub, and The Grapes, which is Part owned by Sir Ian McKellen). Canary Wharf with its multitude of shops (Waitrose/John Lewis, etc) is also within very easy access.

The property is a short walk to the Limehouse DLR, giving easy access to the city, Canary Wharf, and east and south London. You can also pick up the C2C here, taking you into Fenchurch Street, or the Essex Coast/Leigh on Sea.

The flat is being sold chain free and is EWS1 compliant.

Here's a testimonnial from our vendors:

This apartment has been a very happy home for us for nearly ten years.

The view over the marina from the apartment is just sensational, it was what made us first fall in love with it. Sitting on the balcony, you are really immersed in it. We’ve enjoyed many lazy afternoons sitting in the sunshine with a cocktail in hand watching all of the activity.

We carried out some enhancements to really make it work for us as a couple. In the kitchen we added additional units and a worktop to create an area where you can prepare food looking out into the room, it is perfect for entertaining.
In the bedroom we added a bespoke wardrobe and built in cupboards, a vanity unit and a window seat which provides the ideal place to sit and look out over the gorgeous Limehouse Marina. I love sitting there with a coffee in the mornings.

We’ve always found the rooms to be a really good size and are well insulated. It’s easy to keep it warm and we have never had any noise from neighbours above, below or on either side. Inside the apartment we created a relaxed and cosy space, but when you step outside you are reminded just how buzzing and well connected the area is. Ideal for commuting to Canary Wharf, the City and beyond and just moments away from the water. Tesco Express is just over the pedestrian crossing for when you need items in a hurry and Stratford Westfield is easily accessible for those bigger shopping trips. There is a bike hire point over the road from the apartment, we love cycling up to Victoria Park along the canal.

There is a fantastic gym moments away from the building, making it really easy to incorporate a gym routine into the day. We also enjoy the many running routes along the Thames Path and my husband would sometimes row down at the Poplar, Blackwall and District Rowing Club. We love walking along the river, often stopping in the historic pubs on Narrow Street and Wapping or going for lunch in Greenwich or St Katherine’s Dock. Canary Wharf now has more than ever in the way of shops, cinemas, restaurants and bars. There are often art installations and the Crossrail Place roof garden provides a lovely tranquil space to walk through. Walking into the Wharf and catching the Thames Clipper up to explore the West End is a great thing to do when you have family or friends staying.

Our growing family means suburbia is calling us! We will miss our apartment and the area massively. It has been a really fantastic place to live.
