The space comprises of on the ground floor, kitchen/lounge diner with sating for 8 guests, bifold doors opening up the inside to outside garden. There is a walk level adjacent to this level a walk in shower room with basin and WC, pebble effect flooring. In the hallway there is a shoe and coat cupboard. Leading up to the first floor there is the Master bedroom with Double bed dual aspect and plentiful storage and there is a lovely Family bathroom with bath and shower attachment. On this floor you will have Bedroom Three with en-suite shower room. This lovely garden with sun facing most areas with seating, Hot Tub that seats 7 guests.

There is parking for 2 cars and free on street parking. There are good transport links with a 15 minute walk to Lancing train station (direct trains to London) and the 700 Coastliner bus that can take you to Worthing and Littlehampton or the city of Brighton and Hove 8 miles the other way.
Locally, the ever-popular Perch café & Perch Gym within walking distance on the beach to Lancing Green, with its children's play area and colourful beach hut promenade. The bustling town of Worthing is less than 2 miles to the West, with the excellent Crabshack and other restaurants and entertainment.
Lancing is a great place for kite surfing and paddle boarding. There is also a South-Coast cycle route and the Wide Water Nature reserve in nearby Shoreham and, of course, the spectacular walks of the South Downs all within easy reach.

Pets are welcome and are £100. This may already be included in your quote. There is a delightful park turn right into Elms Drive perfect for pets and children.
Hot Tub seats up to 7 and is maintaned to a high standard. It is an optional extra at £200 per stay, which may already be included in your quote. Fake tan wearers are not permitted in the tub as the colouring is not good for the filters and will cause damage.
One Towel provided per guest so maybe wise to bring another for outside use.
Peak season school and bank holidays may have a supplement but with smart pricing may also be included, please enquire.
