Southbourne is located on the coast to the eastern side of Bournemouth and is within easy reach of the historic town of Christchurch. There is a modern bathroom with a bath, shower facility and a toilet. This accommodation has a HAIRDRYER for guests to use.

The apartment has access to a private enclosed garden which is located at the rear of the property (access is via the side path through a gate). This accommodation comes with off road parking in the car park for one car. Linen & towels included for holiday lets are provided by the owner. This property is only available until mid-March 2024. NOTES - ?300 refundable damage deposit required for holiday lets. One small, fully house trained dog is accepted only.
