Situated on the edge of the highly desirable village of Upper Quinton, sits this 1.046 acre parcel of land with a pre-application report for the erection of three new self-build Passivhaus dwellings.

The freehold land is currently agricultural/amenity land, bound by dense hedgerow and to the rear of the residential property on the edge of Upper Quinton. The conclusion of the pre-app is as follows:

"The proposal seeks to erect three new self-build Passivhaus dwellings in the countryside which would not meet any of the development forms supported in principle by policies AS.10 or CS.15. However, the shortfall in Self and Custom Build Housing Schemes, and the obligation for Authorities to maintain a rolling delivery of plots for self-build and custom housing, weighs in favour of the proposed development. If a forthcoming application were to be submitted, I consider that the applicant must explicitly state that they are applying for a self-build scheme, demonstrate that the scheme meets a local need identified by the local community, and if minded to support, the development would be subject to a S106 legal agreement."
