Furnished 1 bedroom 1st floor flat for a SINGLE PERSON in Coombe Road, South Croydon, CR0 1BD for £999 (a total of payment of £1350 per month is charged which will include Wi-Fi, heating, hot water, electricity, gas, and Council tax costs ). It is a fully self contained flat (not shared with anyone else) with views over neighbour's back gardens and has it's own kitchenette with hob, sink, washing machine, fridge and there is a fully tiled shower room with basin and toilet. The separate good size bedroom has wardrobes and laminate flooring. The flat has has its own gas central heating/controls and mostly double glazed windows. There is on street permit parking available in the area.

The property is available immediately but income criteria applies (see below) . The Wi-Fi will be for private casual use only as the speed or availability cannot be guaranteed by the landlord so it cannot be relied on for work purposes or large downloads. There is a door and a change in floor level between the kitchen and bedroom plus there are stairs to the flat and from street level so this property might not be suitable for anyone who are not able to walk up steps or stairs.
