This 6.80 acres/2.75 hectares (or thereabouts) of pasture/accommodation land enjoys a pleasant location with direct access off the A443 near to the village of Holt Heath approximately five miles north west of the city of Worcester. The land stands on level ground with a gated access off the main highway. Over the years it has principally been used for grazing purposes and is enclosed by stock proof fencing. The ground consists of two separate fields which are served by a single water trough connected to a mains supply.
