Directions

From Exeter City centre, proceed south on the A377 Alphington Road.

After the Sainsburys supermarket, proceed over the traffic lights to the roundabout. Take the second exit, signposted Ide.

Turn left into the village and follow the road to the right-hand side. On reaching the mini roundabout, turn right on to Station Road. The property can be found after a short distance on the right-hand side.
