Located in the heart of the town of Ottery, this is a recently refurbished apartment where you can unpack and then walk to all the local facilities without driving anywhere. Ottery has a selection of shops, pubs and takeaways in which to enjoy a relaxing stay.

The beautiful Jurassic coast is within a short drive, along with the towns of Honiton and Sidmouth. If you don't want to drive and explore the local areas, the apartment offers all you need for time to relax and unwind.

This is a well presented apartment in the heart of the quaint town of Ottery St Mary. An entrance door off the main street leads to a spacious staircase leading to the landing area with storage cupboard. The kitchen area with dishwasher & washing machine looks over the sitting room which has a dining table & chairs & a smart TV with Netflix.

Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms, the master has a king size bed and both bedrooms have smart TV's. The second bedroom has two single beds or if joined together, provide a large super king bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with electric shower and shaver socket. All towels and bed linen are provided, along with all kitchen equipment etc.

This is perfect for anyone in between houses who need short term accomodation with no bills to worry about!

You have your own private entrance so you can come and go as you want. You can park your car out the front of the flat for an hour for free, or Sainsbury's behind the flat is parking for two hours for free. There is also a public car park around the corner for which, included in the price you will get a free (non allocated) parking space. Just provide me with your number plate prior to booking and you will have free parking near the flat.

Located in the heart of the town, you can shop in the local shops, have a drink or meal in the pubs and restaurants, grab a takeaway from the Chinese, Indians, kebab or pizza, have a coffee in the cafe, walk down the river and hope to see some beavers or otters! and just generally explore the town and chat with the friendly locals!

Please note that unfortunately, due to the apartments size, we have no room to store cot beds, high chairs etc and with no stair gates and two flights of stairs, its not really equipped to accommodate infants or toddlers (also potential dangers in low level cupboards etc)

You are welcome to come with your young children, as long as you are happy to bring these sort of things along with you.

Due to the flat being in a high street location with no garden area, we cannot accept any pets I'm afraid.

All bills except electric included. Electric bill provided monthly and you pay for what you use only.
