Why the owner loves the property:
I viewed many properties before I found my first home. It was a love of first sight - that magnificent fiery sunset view over the town and countryside captured my heart. It felt spacious and light but also cosy and tranquil. There is a loft space adjacent to the flat which could potentially be used (provided that neighbours and management company doesn't mind as it is part of the common area). It is definitely worth exploring further as I only enquired but never got round to moving forward to it. The garage is also a great space for storage as I would park my car in front of it. Kind and helpful neighbours, peaceful area, walking distance to all amenities and also to the countryside. It is not just a property to me - it was our family home. My son took his first steps there. It was filled with so much love and happiness, memories I will cherish forever. I will always remember it as our happy UK home as we are now relocating to Australia to be closer to my husband's family. I was truly blessed to have found this gem and I hope that it brings the same joy and happiness to the next owner.Happy viewing and all the best.
