Beautifully presented from the moment you enter the property, the property has been lovingly modernised in theme with the building. Viewing will be essential to appreciate the attention to detail within this charming home, however to summarise the accommodation is as follows:
Entrance via Iconic double doors will bring you to a classic, retained 1930's cage style lift taking you up to the 4th floor.
A long hallway with double doors allows plenty of space for deep storage, completed with gorgeous exposed floorboards that flow into every room. The kitchen has been re-fitted to create a simplistic range of wood doors, also concealing a fridge/freezer and dishwasher, finished with a clean glossy worktop. The lounge is stunning and flooded in natural light. Both bedrooms are double in size and the Master bedroom also comes with a double aspect for a little wow factor!
The bathroom provides a simple monochrome style boasting beautiful flooring and a wash basin with in a storage unit.
Being up on the fourth floor, the views below are pretty, and if you need a bit of fresh air, then you can enjoy the communal garden behind the building which is surprisingly quiet too.

We have had six very happy years at Sherborne Court and are now ready to move due to an impending addition to the family. We have loved our wonderful, spacious apartment that is full of light in the daytime and warmth during the winter months. There are great transport links into Central London and you can take your pick of local coffee shops, restaurants and microbreweries within a short walk from the block (Crystal Palace, Penge, Clock House). The area also has an abundance of green spaces, a particular favourite of ours is South Norwood Country Park, with Crystal Palace and Beckenham Place Park also nearby.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 14, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 14, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area
