We love the original features, from the striking stone pillars that greet you at the entrance, to the ceiling roses and period fireplaces inside.

The ground floor is particularly spacious due to an extension to the rear where you’ll find a utility room, WC and good-sized storeroom. There are several rooms on this floor, previously gallery space, which flow seamlessly, lending themselves to endless possibilities. The front benefits from a lovely bay window and, throughout, the high ceilings create a light and airy atmosphere.

On the first and second floors you’ll find the layout almost mirrors one other, with a mixture of multi-purpose, carpeted office spaces, WCs, storage and a kitchen. As in the ground floor, the first floor also features a bay window.

Museum Place is immensely accessible too. Cardiff’s main road network, including the M4, and plenty of car parking are close by. The two main train stations are conveniently located within a very comfortable walking distance, and there are numerous bus stops, making for an easy commute all round.

It’s a short stroll to Queen Street Station in particular, one of Cardiff’s prime pedestrianised retail areas, as well as myriad green spaces for that all-important work-life balance. Alexandra Gardens and Gorsedd Gardens are just two of them, whilst Bute Park offers a lovely amble along the river, along with bowling and tennis.

There’s a lovely café culture if you fancy popping out for a quick cappuccino. And you’ll be spoilt for choice with an enormous variety of restaurants for a casual team lunch, or more formal entertaining with clients.
