The primary entrance is via a very well presented oak door through to a small porch area. A further door then opens out to the grand hallway section of the home with doors to the main lounge, dining room, study area and kitchen. The hallway does include a storage area with downstairs w.c.
Off the main hallway area you will be welcomed by the living room with plenty of period features such as the original beams and feature fire place. As you move from the living room into the dining room it is noticeable that a consistent theme is running through the home with a second feature Inglenook fireplace taking pride of place. Moving from the dining room into the rear section of the house this area is lit by a conservatory style extension providing bags of light. This area is the perfect space for entertaining guests following a meal in the dining room with a space which is made for snug. Further along the extended part of the house is the kitchen with breakfast bar. The kitchen then runs back into the original part of the house which then takes you through to the utility room.
Ascending the central staircase, the two bedrooms are dotted across the upper storey. The main bedroom has an en suite shower room as well as a dressing area, and the family bathroom has a roll-top bath.
The second floor comprises three further bedrooms, two of which are double rooms and the third being a single room. The landing area provides the perfect space for a quiet study area. Also included is a separate shower room.
Outdoor Space
The extensive gardens offer wonderful variety, colour and interest throughout the year and form an integral part of the overall experience of the house. Expanses of lawn are interspersed with borders dense in herbaceous plants and perennials. An outside bar is included making this home the perfect place to entertain your friends during the summer months. The owner is also leaving a jacuzzi for the lucky occupant to use throughout their stay.
To the front of the home is a driveway for two cars as well as a detached double garage.
