Description
West End Cottage is a splendid four-bedroom period cottage, the main part dating from 1760, which has been meticulously refurbished creating a perfect blend of classic charm and contemporary styling, nestled within the picturesque countryside of Fimber.
Stepping inside, you are greeted by two spacious reception rooms adorned with captivating exposed beams and inviting brick fireplaces creating a cozy ambience. The kitchen has been complimented by traditional bespoke units finished with oak worktops and French doors open to the patio area. A w.c. and a separate utility room complete the accommodation on the ground floor.
The property comprises two parts, one being an extension to the original cottage.
Upstairs, there are four good sized bedrooms, two of the main bedrooms are accessible via one set of stairs, offering privacy and separation from the rest of the home. The remaining two bedrooms on the opposite side, are accessed via another set of stairs, leading to the remaining two bedrooms, above the kitchen.
The shower room has been tastefully designed with a contemporary touch, providing a tranquil space.
Outside, the enchantment continues with a large driveway providing ample parking. The south facing and elevated mature gardens to the rear of the property enjoy open and far-reaching countryside views with plenty of individual seating areas and a sizeable summerhouse, with power, makes the most of the views, ideal as a home studio or office.
There are lovely walks from the door of the cottage through the unspoilt countryside of the Wolds and North Yorkshire, with abundant wildlife of hares, deers and owls.

Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
