Sellers Comments - Things we love about the property:
The location - minutes from both Tuffnell Park and Archway, close to Kentish Town and Camden, and a short walk from beautiful Hampstead Heath or Highgate Village.
The size - it's a large flat for a two bed round here with lots of storage space!
Being a private community, set back from the road, with private parking and beautiful gardens and even a children's playground.
We almost never have to turn the heating on - triple glazing plus great insulation means we stay warm in the winter - and just open the windows in summer.
The light - we get so much light, even in the depths of winter.
We love living here - the only reason we are moving is that we need more room for our growing family, and we think other people would too.

Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:

Clear: No bars, no signal predicted

Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services

Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 17, 2014 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
