"Sad to say goodbye to our home of many years - we have put our heart and soul in making this place cosy and practical, including fully renovating the kitchen with bespoke concrete top and Smeg integrated appliances, as well as redoing the bathroom with Italian tiling and a special Japanese bathtub.


The floor-to-ceiling windows on both sides of the flat bring abundance of natural light - we particularly like to have morning coffee in the open plan, south-facing living room, from which there are unobstructed views of Brockley's green hills. With two substantial balconies entertaining is easy, and being top floor helps in creating penthouse-like privacy.


We’ve seen Deptford changing a lot whilst living here, with now plentiful coffee places, restaurants and bars at your doorstep and a great, creative community. Transportation to the City and Central can’t be simpler, with frequent 6-minute trains to London Bridge/Cannon Street as well as to King’s Cross.


We’re leaving a lot of beautiful memories behind (looking to upsize and stay in the area) and hope that this place would be as good to its next occupiers as it has been to us."
