Directions

Proceed south from Colchester along Mersea Road, out of the city and via Abberton and Langenhoe to Peldon, where you cross over the Strood onto Mersea Island. Follow the road up the hill into West Mersea. On the sharp right-hand bend, turn left into East Road, signposted East Mersea, Beach Car Parks.
