I guess I would say it is very safe and secure, with a good demographic and community feeling.  The porters can hold keys which means you can always get in if you lose your keys or misplace them and parcels can be delivered when you are not there.  Most residents are friendly and the porters do add a sense of community to the block, as they always sit inside the main doors for anybody who needs some help.  The gardens are also lovely – part is a rose garden for quiet times and the lawn is used by those doing exercise/ kids playing etc. There are regular residents meetings where everyone can meet the management board and discuss issues etc.  Many people have made friendships in the block.
