Why the owner loves the property:
My husband and I, and our gorgeous lab, have been living in Aston now for 4 years. We moved from Australia and wanted to experience the quintessential UK village life - and we found it. When I first walked in to view 4 Church Farm Court I knew I'd found our next home. A modern barn conversion, built with gorgeous Cotswold stone. Deep cottage windows and the light throughout the house was perfect. The private Court is also pretty special along with our fabulous neighbours who we have shared a number of Court BBQs and Trivia night at the local pub. The garden is the perfect size and the seating area is a wonderful sun trap where we have spent many hours, it was a godsend during lockdown. Having a dog we walk around the village and surrounding farms a lot. We often stop to chat to the locals who are so friendly, many have lived in the village for most of their lives - its a real community here in Aston, you won't regret the move.
