Sandringham Rd is in a popular residential area, close to local shops, local amenities and main bus route. Only a few minutes down the road from the M65 motorway, and Darwen Town Centre & Railway Station

In your room you have a single bed with new bedding, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet with lamp etc... We can add other items of furniture if required.

There is a spacious double glazed window (with fitted blinds) that allows plenty of light in, giving this room a pleasant and light feel to it. The floor benefits from carpet flooring and the décor is neutral.

The rest of the house....
You will share the rest of this property with 4 other people. It's a decent sized house with ample parking outside.

There is a nice modern shower room, with sinks and toilet. There's also plenty of storage for towels etc....

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (except food) to move straight in. There's an oven, gas hob, extractor, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, pans, and waste bin.
There's also a Vacuum, and an Ironing Board and Iron in the property for all to share.

All domestic bills are included. This includes Gas, Electric, TV License, Water Rates.
