Why buy this home...
As you walk to the front door, having raised the electronic safety bollard that secures your car into the carport, you instantly notice the modern south-facing sun room that has enhanced the front of this home brilliantly. To the side of this is the front door, which takes you into a spacious hallway that leads both into the heart of the home and to the sun room. The sun room to the left is a modern spin on a conservatory with an electronic canopy blind and large glass sliding doors that allow you to open it up in the warmer months. It's a fabulous place to sit and watch the world go by!
Turning right from the front door you enter the original hallway with access to the living room, kitchen and upstairs. The living room is a large room with plenty of space for furniture to seat all of the family and guests in air conditioned comfort. Yes you read that correctly, air conditioning. If you walk through the living room you will see there is another door which gives you direct access into the kitchen. The kitchen is an L shaped space with plenty of countertop surface and a modern cooker. The L shape allows you to separate the space to accommodate a small dining table and chairs, if you don't wish to have the dining table in the main living room.
Tucked away, almost out of sight, is the office that fills the gap of the L kitchen. It's a great room to get away from the noise of your family home and get some work done! To the rear of the kitchen is the porch to the rear entrance and the downstairs loo.
The rear porch takes you out into the stunning back garden which is paved throughout with wonderful flowers beds. The star of the show of course is the swimming pool with easy access steps to the shallow end. The pool is easy to maintain with built in pool cover that is pulled over when not in use. Round to the side of the home is the rear access to the garage and side gate that takes you out to the parking on the side and front of the house. There is space for 3 cars to park with ease. The front garden is laid to lawn and is bigger than you perhaps first think.
Up the stairs you have the three bedrooms and family bathroom with a large modern walk in shower. The master bedroom is diagonally across the landing from the stairs and is a room that gets fantastic natural light. It easily homes a double bed and has built in wardrobes for all of your storage needs and yes, this room is air-conditioned too.
Bedroom two is a good sized room that will comfortably fit a double bed while leaving enough room for a wardrobe and draws.
Straight ahead, after climbing the stairs, is the third bedroom which would be a great place for the youngest child however this could easily be used as an alternative home office, playroom or den.
