Key information
Property description & features
- Tenure: Leasehold
"We have lived in the apartment for 5 years, and have always found it to be perfect for both of our needs. We will certainly be sad to leave the apartment and the estate, as it has served us so well as our first home!
We both work in central London, and the variety of transport links here are unbeatable in comparison to other areas - for both commuting, and for getting to other nearby areas like Greenwich Park or Blackheath.
There is a fantastic sense of community within the block and the estate, with various groups where we share local recommendations and offer each other general support with various things. We really couldn't have asked for a better group of neighbours!
Woolwich has provided everything we could need, with the town on one side of us (with a variety of shops, supermarkets, and food options), and the lovely open common to the other, only a few minutes away.
We'd certainly recommend our flat to anyone looking to build a first home like we have, or anyone looking to move to a great, well-connected area."
What The Agent Says –
We completely agree with the seller, this is a beautiful and spacious apartment that is perfectly located.
The apartment has a superb open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with built-in appliances, perfect for someone looking for modern living.
There is a large double bedroom, modern bathroom suite with shower, and balcony, providing some much-needed outside space to work or relax. The apartment is set within the Trinity Walk development and is perfectly located for frequent services travelling to and from Central London – with the mainline rail station, DLR station and recently opened Elizabeth Line close by.
The grounds are well-managed on a daily basis, and the development has a concierge service on-site. The area has plenty to offer in the way of food, with leisure and entertainment in abundance; not too far away there are numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants all readily open to locals, not to mention a very popular Farmers market at weekends. Woolwich Works is also an exciting and newly opened venue, hosting various music, comedy and theatre performances.
There are also a flurry of local shops in the immediate area, showcasing a large retail park in Charlton, as well as Stratford (Westfield) and Canary Wharf only short train journeys away. Bluewater shopping centre is also only a 30 minute drive away. There is a lot of green space on offer nearby, including the commons in Woolwich and Eltham, Oxleas Wood, and both Charlton Park and Greenwich Park.

OnTheMarket may have applied supplementary data to this property listing, including:
Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on January 11, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on January 11, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on October 16, 2017 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
