"I've lived at this address for 19 years now, how time flies. The location is amazing for inner city, with a quiet road and a tree lined park opposite, it often doesn't feel like you are located so centrally. There is a good neighborhood feeling here, with an active community group. There are a fair amount of birds around, especially sparrows, I've had a hedgehog in the garden and occasional visits from squirrels.
I've seen many changes during my time here, the ongoing regeneration has really brought it to life and has become a desirable and quite trendy place to be, with many microbreweries and eateries having popped up in the area. You really know an area is on the way up when a vegan doughnut shop opens up down the road.
I can only imagine with the continued regeneration in the area and Bristol Uni plans you really can't go wrong buying here.

Oxford Street is situated in the Dings, a historic part of Bristol City Centre named the 'Best Community in Britain' in 2010. The area is now extremely popular for its proximity to Bristol Temple Meads, the City Centre, the rapidly developing Temple Quarter and the several major employers on the eastern side of Bristol's City Centre.
