OVERVIEW 20 Foxglove Close is one property you have to see and the sooner the better as property here sells fast. And this deceptively spacious three bed semi is well presented both inside and out!

Parking isn't going to be an issue as the brick paviour drive will accommodate 2 cars in addition to the garage and there is space for a bench if desired. The accommodation starts with a porch that opens to both the front facing lounge and a Cloak room/WC with two-piece suite. The lounge is a good size and enjoys what might be described as a semi open plan arrangement with the kitchen/diner – semi because the lounge area the dining area yet keeping the kitchen units from view. The advantage is that you have much more natural light, rays of sun for longer and a year-round outlook into the depths of your beautifully landscaped garden.

The kitchen was refitted about five to six years ago and is an impressive and contemporary range of grey fronts with slate effect surfaces. There is an inset one and half bowl sink with chrome mixer tap to the washing/prep area that enjoys a garden outlook.

The cooking appliances include an electric/induction 4/5 ring hob with stainless steel extractor and inset into the adjacent units is both a fan assisted oven and microwave oven. In addition, this modern and stylish kitchen includes an integrated dish washer, pan drawers and a pull-out larder. Sliding patio doors open onto your decking and there is further access to the side of the property. An array of recessed spotlights and column radiator are nice additions.

Moving upstairs and you will find two double bedrooms and a single. Bedroom two benefits from a built-in wardrobe. This just leaves what quite rightly should be described as a tastefully finished bathroom. The three-piece suite comprises of a deep tiled bath with a chrome thermostatic shower inset into the tiling and a glass screen. A high gloss wall hung vanity unit with a waterfall style chrome mixer tap to match that on the bath and a WC with water saving options makes up the suite. Then tiling for both the wall, bath side and floor were definitely the right choices!

Finally, to the garden and you could say it is not to be expected. This type of property usually has a garden around a 1/3 the size of this one and the overall size here is usually found on property the other side of £500,000! And it is ready for you to enjoy!

Immediately behind the property is a substantial decked outdoor space for your dining furniture and suite and it is in excellent condition. Steps lead from here onto a long portion of lawn where stepping stones will take you to the far end that accumulates into an attractive flagged patio with the timber summer house that has its own power and light. There is also space here for a sitting/relaxing area where you can really enjoy your outdoor garden space. Alternatively, you can walk onto the shingle that adjoins the aforementioned decking, past the carefully thought-out assortment of mature plants and around to the left-hand side of the lawn. The shingled path will take you to the same flagged patio area where you will arrive at the aforementioned summer house and sitting/relaxing space.

Our owners have also had their own electric vehicle charging point fitted to regulations including the property being electrically un-looped from the neighbour and the house has been re-supplied to the main electrical grid to accommodate the charging point. This is to be including within the house sale.

We hope you appreciate there is a bit to say about this one and you really have to go and see for yourself! There is a lot to like!

THE HUNTINGTON LIFESTYLE Huntington has long been one of Chester's favourites and for many good reasons! There are all the amenities that you will need that includes a Sainsbury's, Pets At Home with Vets and a Halfords amongst a range of other superstores just a few minutes' drive from home! There is also a new COOP, the popular Rake and Pikel Inn and a number of takeaways on Chester Road.

These developments are always popular and Foxglove Court benefits from its close proximity to the nature reserve – a lovely woodland area that is full of wildlife and right on your doorstep. The sailing club and riverside is a little over a ten-minute walk and there is parking available if you want to get there quicker. A ferry can take you across the river to the meadows during the summer months.

The younger children have been enjoying their brand-new state of the art Primary School for several years now. It is within walking distance and close to the school is also a good-sized play park for younger children. After the Primary years we believe it is a choice between the Good rated Bishops Blue Coat which is currently rated Good with an Outstanding in personal development or the Outstanding Christleton High. Both have 6th Form Colleges. Bishops Blue Coat is about a five-minute walk.

There are a variety of spas, health and fitness clubs close by with many being hotel based. The new "Factr" gym is next to Waitrose and offers group and personal training if wanted. There are a number of golf courses, rugby and cricket all within a ten-minute drive.

Our wonderful City is also about a ten-minute drive or a 30 something minute walk. The A41 and 51 are about a five-minute drive and the airports and Coast about 50 minutes on a good run making Huntington and Foxglove Court strong contenders for your next move. Huntington also a regular 20-minute bus service to Chester with a bus stop located at the end of the road.
