There is a useful store to the side of the drive. From the drive area, a flight of steps rises up to the raised area of garden, which is mainly laid to lawn with a beech hedge. There is an area of patio to the upper level where there is a large timber picnic bench, which the vendors will leave, providing a perfect area to sit and enjoy the garden and far-reaching rural views. This area is incredibly private. There is a further timber garden shed on a paved patio for garden machinery storage. There is a small garden pond and access at the rear of the property into the snug/bedroom 3.
