How big is the garden? Whilst we havent measured it, we do feel its a great size and has a seating area by the back door and gate with lawn rising up and beyond with mature shrubs and trees lining the boundaries. Towards the rear is a summer house and a further garden shed, so handy and useful!
I can see the parking at the front, how many cars could you get on there? We feel you would easily fit a good size family car on the drive, maybe even 2 smaller ones but its a great addition to the property with a rear gate giving access to the rear garden.
Has there been any works done to the house? The property has been in the same family for many years so will now need updating throughout but the windows have been replaced with UPVC double glazed units and the property was re-wired a few years ago. There is gas in the road and was original supplying the house but was removed by the late owner.
