For example, there is coffee at 11am every Friday morning and on most days, there is some form of physical fitness activity, or cultural activity which residents can participate in or not, whatever their preference.

Its location is very convenient, within walking distance of Sale shops and adjacent to the tram station for easy access to Altrincham and Manchester. It is very safe and secure with access only to residents and their visitors. There is a very pleasant garden for the use of all residents.
