The apartment for rental has two very good sized bedrooms and living dining room and kitchen bathroom, and it's particularly special in the block as it has one of only four balconies. It gets all the afternoon and evening sun and provides very comfortable, warm and safe accommodation for its inhabitants.
Included in the rental price is heating of both the apartment, and all the communal areas, water rates and a Careline service whereby there are two buttons within the apartment which can be pressed in case of an emergency and someone will be on call 24 7 to help the occupant deal with any situation. Also included is the cleaning of communal areas, window, cleaning, grounds maintenance, a laundry, and a well-being suite with a visiting hairdresser. There is an on-site manager who is available between nine and five on weekdays, who is only too happy to help with anything. She prepares a monthly newsletter to communicate with the residents and let them know of all the social and cultural activities which are going on in the premises. For example, there is coffee at 11am every Friday morning and on most days, there is some form of physical fitness activity, or cultural activity which residents can participate in or not, whatever their preference.
Its location is very convenient, within walking distance of Sale shops and adjacent to the tram station for easy access to Altrincham and Manchester. It is very safe and secure with access only to residents and their visitors. There is a very pleasant garden for the use of all residents.
It is an ideal set up for those who may be wish to downsize or wish to live where there is a ready-made social life, if desired. You have your own front door, and are entirely private and separate, but can join in with the life of other independent retired people, if you so wish.
The apartment can be rented furnished, partly furnished or unfurnished, depending on the renter's preference.
