The land was planted down to vines from 1979 and therefore produces wines with a unique history and character. While the vineyard is not certified organic, no insecticides or fertilisers are used and the site if GMO free. The wines currently produced are suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Varietals include Ortega, Bacchus, Seyval, Muller, Thurgau, Blauer Portugieser and Pinot Meunier.
