As you enter the home you'll be pleased to see that the current owner have made fantastic modifications such as knocking through the dining room and kitchen to make one large kitchen/ diner perfect for families. From a stylish quartz worktop to a wine cooler, smart fridge freezer, and double oven with phone compatibility, this is the perfect place to relax with the family after a long day. Storage is not an issue in this kitchen as there is plenty, it flows with the worktop space as it has been well-planned out. The white units make it feel very premium and modern, the central island has a contrasting colour that makes it pop and is a great space for a quick bite to eat. Just off the kitchen, there's an office and access to the double garage from inside the house. Bi-fold doors really finish this entertaining space by bringing the outside in. It would also be a great space if you wanted to add a conservatory off the back without losing too much garden.
The garden itself isn't overlooked and has so much potential. With planning permission you could easily build off either side or off the back. There's a graveled area that the current owners have used for a hot tub as it's perfectly secluded. The patio area is big enough for a four or six-seater table, perfect for summer BBQ s. The garden is south-west facing and the owners have taken full advantage of that by adding solar panels keeping the cost of running the property down.
Space is really the theme in this house, and the living room is unbelievable, You could easily have a three-piece suite or go for a more modern corner sofa like the current owners have chosen. There are double doors from the kitchen to the living room making it flow very well. As the room has dual-aspect windows you get the light coming in from both the garden and the front of the home making it light and airy.
The first floor is home to four double bedrooms, Bedrooms two and three are on one side and have enough space for a double bed and still enough room for drawers or wardrobe. The fourth bedroom is still a good size and could be used as an office or playroom. The master bedroom has two sets of mirrored fitted wardrobes and still enough room for a super king-size bed. The ensuite is a fantastic size and has a large double shower. The main bathroom has a bath and shower and is finished off with white tiles.
More about the location...
Newton Longville is a village and civil parish in the unitary authority area of Buckinghamshire. The village is about 2 miles (3 km) south-west of Bletchley.
The main industry in the village between 1847 and 1991 was brick making. The village had a large brick factory, originally belonging to the Read family, becoming the Bletchley Brick company in 1923, and then taken over by the London Brick Company (LBC) in 1929. The works made Fletton bricks and distributed them all over the country. It was closed in November 1991 after Hanson Trust bought the London Brick Company.
Newton Longville Church of England Combined School is a mixed, voluntary controlled primary school, that takes children between the ages of four and eleven. It has slightly over 200 pupils.

Broadband availability and predicted speed: obtained from Ofcom on February 10, 2022
Broadband speed is measured in megabits per second, with the number returned showing how fast the connection is. Each reading is based on the highest predicted speed of any major broadband network for services that deliver the download speeds. The following are the different readings that we may display:
Basic: Up to 30 Mbit/s
Super-fast: Between 30 Mbit/s and 300 Mbit/s
Ultra-fast: Over 300 Mbit/s
The data is updated three times a year. The checker results are predictions and should not be regarded as guaranteed. For more information, see: https://checker.ofcom.org.uk/en-gb/about-checker#Answer_0_2
Mobile phone signal availability and predicted strength: obtained from Ofcom on February 10, 2022
Mobile signal predictions are provided by the four UK mobile network operators: EE, O2, Three and Vodafone. Predictions can vary significantly from the coverage you may actually experience as a result of local factors (especially terrain). Ofcom has tested the actual coverage provided in various locations around the UK to help ensure that these predictions are reasonable. The values shown against a property can be broken down as follows:
Clear: No bars, no signal predicted
Red: One bar, reliable signal unlikely
Amber: Two bars, may experience problems with connectivity
Green: Three bars, likely to have good coverage and receive a data rate to support basic web services
Enhanced: Full bars, likely to have good coverage indoors and to receive an enhanced data rate to support multimedia services
Energy Performance data and Internal floor area: obtained on March 31, 2015 from The Energy Performance of Buildings (Certificates and Inspections) (England and Wales) Regulations 2007 or the Home Report if in relation to a residential property in Scotland.
