When we moved from Hampstead to Surrey we realised that we would miss the proximity to London with all the shopping, restaurants, night life and theatre and so were delighted to find this Studio apartment in the heart of Soho.
We never wanted to live there full-time, so we remodelled with the idea of creating a luxury air-conditioned hotel style suite with a fabulous wet room.
Mission accomplished and with the almost unbelievable amenity of our own basement parking place we have enjoyed a day or three here every week since.
The apartment benefits from a long lease, a day-porter and underground parking!
